Installation
The water line is the upper groove and tongue;
immersion depth about 28 cm (11 in.).
Attach Comline bio reactor 3179 in the aquarium
ensuring a tight fit ! (cf. „Attachment to vertical
panes" / „Attachment to horizontal panes" in the
chapter on Filter 3166.50/3167.50).
Bio connection
A small volume of the filtered aquarium water is
removed directly by the filter pump and passed into
the bio / hydro reactor. For this purpose a so-called
bio connection has to be attached to the outlet of
the pump. This outlet is connected to the bio hose
1678.39 which is linked to the distribution nozzle of
the bio reactor.
Every type of Turbelle® pump outlet has a special
bio connection:

(3) Turbelle® 1005 article No. 1060.71
(4) Turbelle® 1605, 3005, 5005 article No. 3178.71
Montage
Pour un fonctionnement optimal, le niveau d'eau ne
doit pas dépasser le marquage (1), env. 28cm de
profondeur d'immersion.
Fixez le réacteur Comline dans l'aquarium, vérifiez
la solidité de l'assise ! (voir Fixation Comline
sur vitre verticale / horizontale, chapitre Filter
3166.50/3167.50).
Raccord bio
Une faible partie de l'eau filtrée est directement
dérivée depuis la pompe de filtration jusqu'au
réacteur. Pour cela, la sortie de pompe doit
être équipée d'un raccord bio sur lequel vient
se raccorder le tuyau d'alimentation 1678.39
aboutissant au robinet Y du réacteur.
A chaque diamètre de sortie de pompe Turbelle®
correspond un raccord bio spécifique :
