What to do if...?
Cause
No transmitter pro‐
grammed.
Transmitter is out of
range of the tubular
drive.
Transmitter was op‐
erated out of range
several times.
Batteries in transmit‐
ter not inserted/ in‐
serted incorrectly or
dead.
Electrical connection
is faulty.
Thermal protection
switch in tubular
drive has tripped.
Electrical connection
is faulty.
Remedy
Programme new
transmitter.
Bring transmitter
within range of the
tubular drive.
Press drive or stop
button on transmitter
at least 5 times in the
immediate vicinity of
the tubular drive.
Insert batteries cor‐
rectly or insert new
batteries.
Check electrical
connection.
Wait until the thermal
protection switch in
the tubular drive is
reactivated.
