 Heizplatte entfernen.

 Eingetrocknete Heizplatten-Kontaktpaste
entfernen.
VORSICHT
Neue Heizplatte und Anpressplatte
müssen plan aufliegen.
 Heizplatte und Gehäuseboden gleichmässig
mit Heizplattenkontaktpaste (BN845295-T)
einstreichen.
 Heizplatte auf Gehäuseboden legen und
durch Links- Rechtsbewegungen
Kontaktpaste verteilen.
 Gewinde des Befestigungsbolzens mit
Gewindeschmiermittel (B2596701-H)
einstreichen.
 Anpressplatte auf Heizplatte legen und mit
Scheibe und Mutter handfest montieren.
 Mutter mit Drehmomentschlüssel (100 Nm)
nachziehen.
 Diffusionspumpe in umgekehrter Reihenfolge
zusammenbauen.

 Remove heating plate.
 Remove encrusted heater contact paste.
Make sure the new heating plate and
the pressure plate are seated
absolutely flat.
 Apply contact paste (BN845295-T) evenly on
heating plate and the bottom of the housing
 Place the heating plate on the housing bottom
and look for the optimum position using
left/right movements.
 Coat the thread of the holding bolt with thread
lubricant (B2596701-H).
 Put the pressure plate on the heating plate,
mount it finger tighten using washer and nut.
 Tighten the nut with torque wrench (100 Nm).
 Reassemble the diffusion pump by performing
the above steps in reverse order.
