EINBAU

 Eine beschädigte Pumpe niemals
einbauen oder anschliessen.
 Bei weniger als 150 mm
Bodenfreiheit zwischen
Gehäuseboden und Unterlage sind
Isolationsplatten zum Dämmen der
Wärmestrahlung anzubringen.
HINWEIS
 Die Diffusionspumpe darf nur
senkrecht stehend eingebaut
werden.
 Die Diffusionspumpe darf keinen
externen Wärmequellen ausgesetzt
werden (z.B. Abluft der
Vorvakuumpumpe).
4.1 Transportsicherung
