Erste Inbetriebnahme

Kontakt mit dem heissen unteren
Gehäuseteil vermeiden.
VORSICHT
 Leicht entzündbare Stoffe in der
Nähe der Diffusionspumpe
entfernen.
 Diffusionspumpe während des
Betriebes nie belüften, das
Betriebsmittel kann sich bei
Atmosphärendruck entzünden.
Voraussetzungen:
 Diffusionspumpe eingebaut
 Temperaturschutzschalter an der
Pumpstandsteuerung angeschlossen.
 Temperaturmelder an der
Pumpstandsteuerung angeschlossen.
 Pumpstand betriebsbereit.
Vorgehen:
Erste Inbetriebnahme
Betriebsmittelstand kontrollieren
Vakuumsystem auf 0,1 mbar evakuieren.
Wasserkühlungen in Betrieb nehmen
(Absperrventile öffnen).
Heizung einschalten.
Anheizzeit abwarten ( Seite
pumpe erwärmt sich je nach Betriebsmittel auf die
Betriebstemperatur von 150°C ... 180°C am
Befestigungssockel des Temperaturmelders.
Temperaturmelder (Option) gemäss separatem
Dokument einstellen.
Kühlwassertemperaturen in den Rückläufen
kontrollieren. Erhöhen Sie die Kühlwassermenge,
wenn die Kühlwassertemperatur im Rücklauf
30 °C ist.
