Setting up the telephone
Store number on a direct-dial key or quick-dial key

Pick up the receiver.
•
Press the memory key
•
Enter the telephone number.
•
Again press the memory key
•
Press one of the direct-dial keys M1 ... M3 or a numeric key 1, 2, 3 ... 0, that you
wish to program as a quick-dial key.
•
Replace the receiver.
Note: If you wish to enter a break (3.6 s) within a telephone number, press the
pause key
Note:
The numbers saved remain stored without power as long as the telephone is
connected to the telephone connection. When the telephone is disconnected
from the telephone network, or loss of the telephone network, the numbers
are lost.
Setting the flash time

Use the switch at the rear of the telephone to set the required flash time (100 ms /
300 ms / 600 ms). The setting "100 ms" is common for the use of the capability
characteristics in the analog telephone network. As necessary, ask your network
provider for the required setting for your connection.
Setting the ring tone volume
•
Use the switch at the rear of the telephone to set the desired volume for the ring
tone (HI = loud / LO = silent).
