3.5.3 Calling Memory Numbers
• Press the Memory button. The Memory symbol appears on the display.
• Enter the memory location number (0-9).
• Press the Line button. The memory number is dialled automatically.

3.6 Call Transfer (Flash)

It is possible to transfer an external call to another internal telephone if
these phones are connected to a PABX telephone exchange.
• Press the Flash button.
• Dial the number of the other internal phone.
• Press the Line button.

3.7 Paging

It is possible to locate a handset by pressing the Paging button on the base set.
• Press the Paging button on the base set. The handset starts ringing.
• Press the Paging button again to stop locating the handset or press the
Line button.

3.8 Deactivating the Microphone Temporarily (Mute Function)

It is possible to deactivate the microphone temporarily during a conversation.
You can now talk freely without the caller hearing you.
• Press the Mute button. You can hear the caller but he/she cannot hear
you. The Mute symbol appears on the display.
• Press the Mute button again to resume your conversation.

3.9 Adjusting the Speaker Volume

You can always adjust the speaker volume during a conversation by pre s s i n g
the Selection button. The new volume is store d .

4 SPECIAL FUNCTIONS

You can only set the following special functions if the phone is in standby
mode. If no button is pressed within 10 seconds during programmation,
the phone leaves the menu and returns to the standby mode.
