3.2 Answering Calls

• You receive a call, the handset is on the base set.
Pick up the handset and answer the call without pressing the Line button.
• You receive a call, the handset is not on the base set.
Pick up the handset and press any key to answer the call.
3.3 Switching the Handset on/of f
• To switch on the handset, press the On/Off button for one second or
place the handset on the base set.
• To switch off the handset, press the On/Off button for two seconds.

3.4 Last number redial

If you want to redial the last-called number, first press the Line button and
then press the Redial button. The last-called number appears on the display
and is dialled automatically.
Remark: If the handset is switched off, the last-called number is deleted.

3.5 Memory Numbers

3.5.1 Programming Memory Numbers

You can programme up to 10 memory numbers (max. 20 digits).
• Press the Memory button. The Memory symbol appears on the display.
• Enter the memory location number (0-9).
• Enter the telephone number that you want to store on this location.
• Press the Memory button. You hear a confirmation tone.
3.5.2 Deleting Memory Numbers
• Press the Memory button.
• Enter the memory location number (0-9).
The programmed telephone number appears on the display.
• Press the Function button to delete the number.
• Then press the Memory button to confirm.
