After use/Storage
 Always transport machine with safety guard fitted.
 Always transport machine without battery fitted.
 Ensure the machine is fully secure during transportation
and take care not to bend the blade.
Correct storage is essential for maintaining the life of the
product. If possible, avoid storage areas with high humidity
which could cause rust or corrosion.
End of season storage: Remove battery and store both ma-
chine and battery in a dry safe place away from direct sun-
light.
Ensure the blade cutting device cover is fitted before storing
away.
Store the hedge trimmer out of reach of children or unauthor-
ised persons.
Do not place objects on top of the machine.
When storing for extended periods, thoroughly clean the
product beforehand.
Lubricate before storage.

Blade Sharpening

Blade edges can be resharpened. Always ask a recommended
Bosch approved dealer to carry out the resharpening.
