feature by pressing INCREDIBLE SURROUND.
– This creates a phenomenal surround sound effect
even if the speakers are positioned close to the

Tuning to radio stations
FRONT
1 Press TUNER on the unit or on the remote control.

few seconds it will show the current frequency or
the station name if available.

Test tone
The test tone feature enables you to adjust the Front
left and right, the Center and Surround sound level
of the respective speakers in the Dolby Pro Logic

We advise you to sit down at the normal listening

1 Switch on the set, for instance by pressing one
of the source keys on the remote control: CD,
TUNER, TAPE, AUX/TV.
2 Press TEST TONE on the remote control.
– You will now hear a test tone from the left,
center, right and rear speakers in turn, in a
repeating cycle.
– The test signal will last approx. 90 seconds.
3 Press L BALANCE to adjust the Front Left level

– The display shows BAL L +1 during 2 seconds.

4 Press BALANCE R to adjust the Front Right level

5 Press CENTER + or – to adjust the center level
setting.
– The display shows e.g. CENT +1 or CENT -1.
6 Press REAR + or – to adjust the surround level
setting.
– The display shows e.g. REAR +1 or REAR -1.
7 When perception of all levels is equal, press
TEST TONE again to turn off the test tone.
Storing Preset Stations
You can store up to 20 stations in the memory. When
