The EXHAUSTO VEX340PHCE is an electric duct preheating coil for VEX340 units,
used to increase the temperature of outside air to avoid the VEX unit icing up.
The VEX340PHCE is simply connected and is controlled by its own control system,
independent of the EXact system.
