Setup and connection
Y/Pb/Pr COMPONENT OUT: component output
The component output Y/Pb/Pr transmits only video signals (picture) .
For audio transmission, must establish an additional audio connec-
tion between the device and the connected television .
Insert the 3-coloured connectors (red/blue/green) into the Y/Pb/

PR socket (component output) of the device as illustrated .
Insert the 3-coloured plugs into the Y/Pb/PR socket (component
‹
input) of your television as illustrated .
NOTE
► You can use either the A/V OUT socket (red/white from the
Audio-Video output) or the OPTICAL connection (optical Audio
output) for sound transmission (audio signal) .
After connection has been established via the component output Y/
Pb/Pr, files from the device can be played back to the screen of the
connected television or other video device .
