Question 11. Why are some pictures not displayed in the photo
function even though the format is supported?
Answer:
There are various different JPEG formats . This device does not sup-
port all of them . In this case, change the image format as follows:
– Load the picture into Photoshop or another image processing
programme .
– Select "File" in the menu and then "Save as" as illustrated in
the left. Select the JPEG format, enter the file name and click
on the "Save" symbol .
– After clicking "Save", a new window is opened as illustrated
on the right . Select "Baseline (standard)" or "Optimised base-
line";
– Click the "OK" symbol .
Question 12. Why can't the device find the hard disk?
Answer:
Make sure that the firmware is correctly installed and that no system
partitions on the hard disk have been deleted . In the event of a hard
disk fault, back up your data and install the firmware again.
