Menu switch
Press the menu (MENU) switch, in order to move to the sous-vide or to the slow
cooking menu.

Cooking menu display
A control lamp displays the respective menu. Choose between the SOUS VIDE
menu with temperatures between 40°C and 90°C or the slow cooking menu
(Slow Cook) with low, high or automatic keep-warm feature (auto keep warm).

Temperature and time display
After having chosen the method of preparation, you can correct temperature
(TEMP) or time (TIME) with the arrow keys (

Start/Stop switch
In order to start the preparation process, press the start button (START). In order
to finish it, keep the cancel button (CANCEL) pressed down.

LED display panel
Displays the cooking time or the elapsed time of the keep-warm function.

On/ Off switch
For switching the device on or off. Always turn the device off before unplugging
the power cable.
