• The over-temperature protection has been triggered. Switch off the garden pump in such a case. Then
disconnect the mains plug from the wall socket. Let the garden pump cool down for at least 30 minutes.
Eliminate the cause that triggered the over temperature protection.
Possible cause: The water temperature was too high or the pump was running dry for too long without
pumping any water.
The output rate decreases or is too low
• Check the suction hose and coarse filter for impurities.
• The garden pump draws air only, because the suction hose is not located in the water.
• Check if the suction hose is properly connected to the garden pump.
• Check if the suction hose is leaking or has been bent.
• By principle, the output rate decreases the higher the suction height and supply height.
• The suction hose diameter is too small.
