18. Settings in the system settings menu

18.1. Equalizer

You can select a default sound format or configure your own under EQUALIZER.
Select one of the following sound formats
NORMAL, FLAT, JAZZ, ROCK, SOUNDTRACK, CLASSICAL, POP,
NEWS, MY EQ or MY EQ SETTING and confirm with the OK rotary dial.
The sound setting will take effect immediately.
NOTE!
The sound format is preset to NORMAL. The best sound format for
playing music is ROCK.
The sound format will be changed automatically to FLAT if you are us-
ing headphones.
MY EQ
 If you have set up your own sound format in the following entry, select MY EQ
to directly apply the sound format.
MY EQ SETTING
Here you can configure your own sound format for the MY EQ setting.
 Adjust the bass, treble and volume by turning the OK rotary dial and press the
OK button to save the entry.
 Confirm the following query with YES to save the sound format.

18.2. Internet settings

Under INTERNET SETTINGS, you can enter the Internet settings.

Network assistant

 Select NETWORK ASSISTANT to start a network search.
 Then enter the WEP/WPA key to connect the device to the wireless AP.
Establishing a WPS connection
Under PBC WIFI SETUP, you can establish a WPS connection:
 Enable the WPS connection on the device that supports WPS and then confirm
the connection on the Internet radio by selecting YES and pressing the OK
button.

Show settings

Information on the currently connected network and the device's MAC address is
displayed under SHOW SETTINGS.
Selecting the WiFi region
 You can select the WiFi region in which you are operating the device under
WIFI REGION.
