Hint: The clamp meter is provided in all voltage measuring ranges with
an input resistance of 10 MΩ.
Example: DC Measuring

AC and DC Current Measuring

The measuring clamp can measure the current by measuring the
magnetic field around a live conductor. This does not work if phase
(usually black) and neutral (usually blue) are measured together. Place
only one wire in the jaws of the meter.
1. First remove the measuring cables!
2. Slide the function switch (10) in the position "A ". The display
shows the unit "A" for Ampere, you will hear a confirmation sound
and the meter is in the auto range for DC current mode. If you want
to change to the AC current measurement mode, before undertak-
ing measurements in DC current mode, press the button "AC/DC".
On the top left corner on the display "AC" resp. "DC" is displayed.
Each pressing will be confirmed by a confirmation sound.
3. Press the "∆ZERO" button to reset the value to "zero".
4. Press the jaws opening trigger (1) to open the jaws and place the
jaws around the wire you intend to measure. To close the jaws,
