Problem
The „Red" stage of the device
does not switch on.
Although the hot water tap is
fully open, the flow controller
does not activate.
The heating system does not
switch on / No hot water.
If the appliance still fails to operate after you have executed this procedure, please inform the cus-
tomer service.

Cause
The pressure on the cold wa-
ter pipe is too low.
Fouling.
The required minimum flow
to activate the device is not
reached.
No electricity.
Heater faulty.
Remedy
Descale or clean the shower head
and aerators.
Clean the cold water strainer.
Clean the cold water strainer.
Check the leakage protection
switch and the fuses in the
consumer unit.
Measure the resistance of the de-
vice and replace it if necessary.
