If the pump is mounted to the wall it is important not to tighten the screws in

the wall at the beginning but to tighten them after the pump has been rested

on its slotted holes.
For both wall and floor mounting it is required to ensure an absolutely horizontal
position.
All cables and connections must be free of stresses and tight. Do not use hemp
to seal the screw joints.
If possible, burners should suck from the pump in single-line operation.
Fill the tank with approx. 10 l of EL heating oil (5 l for SE 60 and 120) before
starting up the system.
Connect the plug to the socket and switch-on the pump control.
With three-phase AC connections it is required to check the direction of the
motor (arrow on motor). If the direction of rotation is wrong, unplug the pump
immediately and reverse the direction of rotation of the line.
If the pump does not start on its own press the ENTER button until the system
runs automatically. As soon as heating oil is delivered, the pump is ready for
operation. Depending on the system, this procedure may take a few minutes.
The pump automatically switches off when the filling level reaches its maximum
and comes back on when the level drops below a minimum threshold.
The shutoffs of the vacuum meter must only be opened for testing purposes and
remain closed during operation.
Ensure sufficient heating oil supply during operation.
Pumps must not run dry.
Close the lid after commissioning.
