Single motor suction pumps – SE series | Dual motor suction pumps – SZ series
OEG suction pump in powder-coated sheet steel housing including oil sump and
leak detector, integrated oil tank, heating oil filter, 6 connections, integrated
overflow protection, dowels and screws for wall mounting, brackets for floor
mounting, Operating Instructions.
All OEG pumps are fully tested before delivery. Therefore it is possible to find
remainders of testing oil in pump and tank.
Suction pumps are used for converting 2-line systems to single-line systems
and in applications which must not use pressure lines according to
regulations.
Burners must be supplied by the pump in the single-line system.
Suction pumps should be installed directly next to the system. The height
between the bottom of the tank base and the highest point of the pipeline
must not exceed 9.5 m vertical on the suction side of the pump and 200 m
horizontal.
Please observe the tank diameter!
Ensure that the maximum vacuum of 0.4 bar on the suction side of the burner
is not exceeded to avoid excessive gas/air precipitation. If necessary, it is
possible to use a second suction pump (cascading).
The SE.../SZ... suction pumps are suitable for wall and floor mounting.
Please check the load-carrying capacity of the brickwork before installation.
Furthermore it is required to install an anti-siphon valve if the lowest point
of the burner suction line is below the highest oil level of the tank.
The installation site must be dry and easily accessible for maintenance.
The ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C.
