Some dishes can start off
in the cold oven.
Three combined heat sources:
lots of heat at the bottom of
the oven, a little ambient heat
and a slight heat from the grill
to brown your food.
Reheating is not required.
Poultry and juicy or crisp roast
meat joints are cooked on all
sides. The spit continues to
operate until the door is opened.

The single grill is equally
