You can set different temperatures for your dish.
Temperature suitable for
100 ºC Vegetables, meat
90 ºC Fish, dumplings
80 ºC Thin fillet of fish, boiled sausages
70 ºC Cooked side dishes
60 ºC Baby food
The oven heats up before cooking. The steam
atmosphere required forms in the cooking
compartment. The set cooking time does not count
down until the oven has heated up. The time taken to
heat up varies according to the type, starting
temperature and amount of food. It depends on the
set temperature.
