Brúsenie volfrámovej elektródy:
Správnou voľbou volfrámovej elektródy a
jej prípravou ovplyvníme vlastnosti zvára-
cieho oblúka, geometriu zvaru a životnosť
elektródy. Elektródu je potrebné jemne
brúsiť v pozdĺžnom smere podľa obrázka
7. Obrázok 8 znázorňuje vplyv brúsenia
elektródy na jej životnosť.

Parametre pre porovnanie vplyvu spôsobu
brúsenia elektródy sú uvedené s použitím:
HF zapaľovanie el. oblúka, elektródy Ø
3,2, zvárací prúd 150A a zváraný materiál
- rúrka.
Ochranný plyn:
Pre zváranie metódou TIG je potrebné
použiť Argón s čistotou 99,99 %. Množ-
stvo prietoku určíte podľa tabuľky č. 9.

CSN 331500, 1990 and CSN 056030,
1993.
The pointing out of any diffi-
culties and their elimination
The supply line is attributed with the cause
of the most common difficulties. In the

case of breakdown, proceed as follows:

Check the value of the supply voltage

fectly connected to the plug and the
supply switch

Check that the power fuses are not
burned out or loose
Check whether the following are defective:
The switch that supplies the machine
The plug socket in the wall
The generator switch
NOTE: Given the required technical skills
necessary for the repair of the generator, in
case of breakdown we advise you to con-
tact skilled personnel or our technical
service department
Procedure for welder assem-
bly and disassembly
Proceed as follows:
Unscrew the 2 screws holding the
cover.
Proceed the other way round to re-
assemble the welder.

Ordering spare parts

For easy ordering of spare parts include
the following:
The order number of the part
The name of the part

The type of the machine or welding
torch
Supply voltage and frequency from
the rating plate
Serial number of the machine
EXAMPLE: 2 pcs., code 30451 fan
SUNON for machine KITin 150 TIG LA,
1x230V 50/60Hz, serial number ...
Procedure of checking process
of inverter welding machine:
To carry out the checking it is necessary to
use suitable measuring instrument for
measuring checks, for example REVEX 51
(2051). Machine MEGMET must not be
used, in other case there is a risk of de-
struction of the machine.
1.
Switch on the main switch on the
machine.
2.
Plug supply terminating unit into the
measuring instrument.
3.
Set the measuring instrument accord-
ing to the guidelines for measuring of
contact resistance.
4.
By the help of a probe measure con-
tact resistance on parts connected to
the ground, for example cover screw.
Contact resistance must be lower than
0,1 Ohm.
5.
Set the measuring instrument accord-
ing to the guidelines for measuring
method Leaking current.
.
6.
Measure leaking current and repeat
measuring with opposite polarity.
7.
Set the measuring instrument accord-
ing to the guidelines for measuring
method substitute leaking current.
8.
Measure substitute leaking current
and repeat measurement with oppo-
site polarity
9.
Set the measuring instrument accord-
ing to the guidelines for measuring
method Current through leading wire.
10. Measure current in protective leading
wire and repeat measuring with oppo-
site polarity.
11. In none of measurements according to
points 5 - 10 current value must not
be higher than 3,5 mA.
The welding machine must go through
regular checking according to ČSN
331500/1990
