To create and read the trace log:

Generate the usbtrace file in CLIQ Web Manager

1 Choose System Info > Wall PDs.
2 Search for the Wall PD from which you want to obtain a trace log.
3 Select the Wall PD and click on Create USB trace file.
 You have created the USBTrace file.
