Bluetooth pairing guide (DUN)

DUN support

The Dial-Up Networking (DUN) Bluetooth profile is rarely supported by smart
Dial-Up Networ-
devices. iOS does not support DUN. Android has by default no DUN support and
king (DUN)
for this reason it depends on the smart device manufacturers (or third party
applications) if an Android device can be used with the DUN profile.
In general, DUN is used by traditional mobile phones with Bluetooth.
No complete list exists of phones that can be uses with the Mobile PD, since such
a list would be very long and constantly change whenever a new phone or
upgraded firmware is introduced.
During internal testing of the Mobile PD, these phones have proven to support
DUN connections:
· BlackBerry 9900
· Ericsson T39m
· Nokia 2730c
· Nokia 6700c
· Nokia 808 Pureview
· Samsung Galaxy TAB (P1000)
· Samsung Wave (GT-S8500)
