What to do if ...

Before contacting your local Service Force Centre, check the following
points.
No power to the appliance.
Appliance cools too much.
The temperature in the refrigerator/
freezer is too high.
In the display, "POWER" is displayed.
Temperature display shows a square.
In the display, "SERVICE" is dis-
played.
Warning tone sounds, in the display
"DOOR OPEN" and a red back light are
flashing
Warning tone sounds, a red back light is
flashing. "TEMPERATURE" is flashing in
the display
Interior illumination does not function.
Important: The interior lighting switches
off automatically after 4 minutes.

Symptom Solution
Check there is power at the socket
Check there is not a power cut by
checking the household lights.
Check the fuse has not blown.
Temperature is set too cold.
Temporarily select a higher temperature
setting.
Check the ambient temperature is within
the appliances operating limits
Check the temperature setting is correct
relative to ambient conditions.
There was a power failure.
Please check whether the power plug is
plugged in or whether the fuse has been
tripped (see also section "Control and
information system"). Check the status of
the food.
There is a function fault.
Please contact your local Service Force
Centre. Do not open the door of the
appliance again.
"Open door" warning.

Temperature warning for freezer section
or fridge section.
Please check in "Control and Information
System" section.
