9. Pump change

9.1 Exchange of the pump

You can recognize the ingo-man
by the fact that in contrast to the ingo-man
it develops a manually perceptible, relatively strong counter-pressure when
pressing it down with the finger.
The ingo-man
can be pressed down very easily.
ingo-man ® plus
Touchless pump
Swivel the face shield upwards (see 7.2).
After the opening an acoustic signal sounds. When opening the
face shield with the hand it is recommended to approach
first with the hand from above (activation of the upper sensor area)
in order to avoid unintentioned pumping actions.
The pump can only be changed if the emergency
operating lever is in upper position!
Otherwise serious damages on the appliance may occur.
Please take care that only original OPHARDT Touchless-pumps
will be used. Do not use a pump of the type OPHARDT
ingo-man ® plus (with strong spring), because this might
lead to damages at the dispenser.
