INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Has the packaging been removed from under the appliance?
Note: Gurgling noises from the refrigerating circuit after the
compressor cuts out are perfectly normal.
4. All LEDs are off and the product is not working.
• Is there a power failure?
• Is the plug properly inserted in the socket?
• Is the electric cable intact?
5. All LEDs are off and the product is working.
• Contact the After-Sales Service.
6. The compressor runs continuously.
• Have hot foods been put in the appliance?
• Has the appliance lid been left open for a long time?
• Is the appliance placed in a very warm room or near heat
sources?
• Has the fast freeze function been activated? (yellow LED on)
7. Too much ice on the upper edge.
• Are the defrost water drainage plugs correctly positioned?
• Is the appliance lid properly closed?
• Is the appliance lid seal damaged or deformed? (See chapter
"Installation")
• Have the 4 protection pieces been removed? (See chapter
"Installation")
8. Formation of condensate on the external walls of the
appliance.
• It is normal for condensation to form under certain
atmospheric conditions (humidity above 85%) or if the
appliance is located in a damp or poorly ventilated room. The
performance of the appliance is in no way affected.
9. The layer of ice on the internal walls of the appliance is
not uniform.
• This phenomenon is quite normal.

SAFEGUARDING THE ENVIRONMENT

1. Packing
The packaging material is entirely recyclable, and marked with
the
recycling symbol. Follow local regulations for scrapping.
Keep the packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene parts,
etc.) out of reach of children, as they are potentially dangerous.
2. Scrapping
The appliance is manufactured using recyclable material

By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help
prevent potential negative consequences for the environment
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Before contacting After-Sales Service:
1. See if you can solve the problem yourself.
2. Switch the appliance on again to see if the problem has
been solved. If it has not, disconnect the appliance from the
power supply and wait for about an hour before switching
on again.
3. If the problem persists after this course of action, contact
After-Sales Service.

The symbol
on the product, or on the documents
accompanying the product, indicates that this appliance may not
be treated as household waste. Instead it shall be handed over to
the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and
electronic equipment.
Before scrapping, make the appliance unusable by cutting off the
power cable and removing the doors and shelves so that
children cannot easily climb inside the appliance.
Disposal must be carried out in accordance with local
environmental regulations for waste disposal. Deliver the
appliance immediately to an authorized dump; do not leave it
unattended even for a few days, since it is potentially dangerous
for children. For more detailed information about treatment,
recovery and recycling of this product, please contact your local
city office, your household waste disposal service or the shop
where you purchased the product.
Information:
This appliance does not use CFC. The refrigerant system
contains either R134a (HFC) or R600 (HC). Refer to the rating
plate inside the appliance.
Appliances with Isobutane (R600a): isobutane is a natural gas
without environmental impact, but is flammable. Therefore,
make sure the refrigerant circuit pipes are not damaged.
This product may contain Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases
covered by the Kyoto Protocol; the refrigerant gas is inside a
hermetically sealed system.
Refrigerant gas: R134a has a Global Warming Potential of (GWP)
1300.
Declaration of conformity
• This appliance is intended for storing food and is
manufactured in conformity with European regulation (EC)
No. 1935/2004.
• This product has been designed, manufactured and marketed
in compliance with:
- the safety objectives of Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC
(replacing 73/23/EEC and subsequent amendments);
.
- the protection requirements of Directive "EMC"
2004/108/CE.
• The electrical safety of the appliance can only be guaranteed if
the product is connected to an approved earth connection.
Specify:
• the nature of the fault,
• the model,
• the service number (the number after the word SERVICE on
the rating plate on the rear of the appliance)
• your full address,
• your telephone number and area code.

INSTALAÇÃO
• Consulte o capítulo "Antes de usar o produto".
• Retire o produto da embalagem.
• Retire os 4 separadores inseridos entre a porta e o
produto.
• Atenção: dois dos quatro separadores devem estar
situados no devido sítio dos suportes de plástico do
condensador, que se encontra na parte posterior
do produto.
Este cuidado é necessário para garantir a distância
correcta entre o produto e a parede.
• Certifique-se de que a tampa do canal de escoamento da
água de descongelação (se previsto) está correctamente
posicionada (4).
• Para obter o máximo desempenho e evitar danos
quando se abre a porta do produto, mantenha uma
distância de pelo menos 7 cm em relação à parede
posterior e um espaço de 7 cm de cada lado.
• Introduza os acessórios (se previstos).
1. Luz piloto vermelha: quando está a lampejar indica
que um alarme disparou (vide parágrafo "RESOLUÇÃO
DE PROBLEMAS").
2. Luz piloto amarela: quando está acesa, indica que foi
activada a função de congelação rápida.
3. Luzes piloto verdes: indicam que o produto está a
funcionar e que a temperatura foi programada.
4. Tecla de programação da temperatura: para a
actualização da temperatura programada e para a
activação/desactivação de operações de congelamento
rápido.
Como ligar o produto
• Ligue o produto.
• A luz piloto verde acende-se ("Normal").
• A luz piloto vermelha lampeja, porque dentro do
congelador, a temperatura ainda não está
suficientemente fria para introduzir os alimentos. Essa
luz piloto apaga-se normalmente no espaço de seis horas
após a ligação.
• Coloque os alimentos apenas quando a luz piloto
vermelha se apagar.
Nota: sendo a junta estanque, não é possível reabrir a
porta do produto imediatamente depois de a fechar. É
necessário aguardar alguns minutos antes de reabrir a porta
do produto.
Regulação da temperatura
Seleccione a temperatura desejada por meio da tecla (4).
Para regular a temperatura do produto, proceda da
seguinte forma:
• Carregue várias vezes sobre a tecla (4). A cada uma das
pressões a temperatura programada fica actualizada em
modo cíclico entre os valores "Normal", "Eco" e "Plus".
• Seleccione "Plus" se se desejar ter uma temperatura
para guardar os alimentos mais fria.
• Se houver carga parcial, recomendamos seleccionar
"Eco" para tornar óptimo os consumos energéticos.
Nota: mesmo se faltar a corrente eléctrica, as
programações permanecem memorizadas. O tempo
necessário a fim que a temperatura dentro do congelador
chegue por volta do valor programado, pode variar
segundo as condições climáticas e a programação escolhida.
