7 Care
Contamination of the apparatus, especially the admission pressure
connection, must be avoided.
Attention: only use in clean condition!
After a measurement in which the contamination levels are higher than
the standards allow, scavenge the apparatus with clean air for at least
6 minutes.
Dismantle detection unit during greater impurity and clean compo-
nents with soap water.
After this dry with oil-free and dry air.
While assembling ensure, that the feeders are screwed in correct prec-
edence.
8 Inspection
The measuring unit should be recalibrated if incorrect measurements
are suspected.
Inspection and servicing should be carried out annually
