Any repairs or changes of single components must be carried out by an authorised specialty dealer.
If your burrs have to be replaced (usually after grinding 250 kg of coffee), please also contact your authorised
specialty dealer.

For a perfect coffee result a good espresso coffee machine and coffee grinder are as important as a good coffee. Our
professional espresso coffee machines are the best basis to achieve this result.
Tamper and tamping station are recommended to assure constant pressure on the coffee grounds.

Possible Cause
The grind is too fine: The grinding
burrs touch and mutually block each
other.
The coffee shaft is blocked with
coffee powder. The coffee blocks the
motor.
Thread is blocked with coffee.

Troubleshooting
Adjust the grind to a coarser degree.
