Unscrew the upper grinding blade and remove it from the grinder body. Remove coffee residues with
vacuum cleaner and cleaning brush.

Reassemble the grinder.

Reconnect the power cord of the grinder

Trouble-shooting

If a coffee bean is stuck between the blades of the grinder, this problem can be easily solved.

Disconnect the power cord to interrupt the current entry. Make sure that children are out of reach.

Take out the bean hopper and remove (with the vacuum cleaner) the remaining coffee beans from the crushing
mill.

Loosen the upper grinding blade by turning it counter-clockwise (approx. 2 rotations).

Reconnect the power cord and switch on the grinder. (Do not reach into the crushing mill.) The crushing mill
operates again.

Switch off the grinder again and disconnect the power cord to interrupt the current entry.

Now turn back the upper grinding blade clockwise (approx. 2 rotations).

Reconnect the power cord, switch on the grinder and replace the bean hopper. The crushing mill of the grinder
operates again.
Problem
Little or no crema on the top of the
coffee
Sparse coffee dispensing, only drop
by drop
Weak "body"
Foam instead of crema

Trouble-shooting
Use a finer grinding degree.
Tamp the ground coffee more firmly.
Use fresh coffee
Use an adequate amount of coffee.
Adapt the grinding degree to the
conditions.
Increase the grinding degree.
Tamp the ground coffee only
slightly.
Use approx. 7 g of coffee for every
cup.
Reduce the grinding degree.
Use fresh coffee.
