Device description

Congratulations on your purchase of the condensate pump kit. It
is suited for all areas requiring continuous operation. The fully
automatic condensate pump can be installed quickly and
without difficulty thanks to the innovative "plug & pump"
technology and is specifically designed for pumping off
condensation water at high speed. It is particularly suited for
applications with long water discharge distances or for a longer
permanent drying of unattended rooms. The pump's capacity is
adapted to the machine and suitable for a pump height of up to
5 metres.
If you decide to use the water collection container during
operation, that's no problem – the kit can be removed easily
within a short time.

Scope of delivery

• 1x front panel with mounted pump
• 1x water discharge hose Ø = 5 mm, l = 5 m
• 1x bracket with fastening screw for Bulgin plug
• 4x self-tapping screw for attaching the front panel
• 1x fabric hose (discharge hose), l = 0.5 m
• 1x operating manual
Installation
The kit is already preassembled upon delivery and it only takes
a few steps to install it. Before installing the pump, observe the
following installation instructions:
1. Before installation, switch off the device and remove the
mains plug. Installation must only be carried out by qualified
personnel.
2. Take the water tank out of the device.

3. Remove the sealing nipple from the front drain plug of the
TTK 200 and plug it onto the lower drain opening to seal
this drain. Now plug the fabric hose onto the front drain
plug.
4. Then plug the connecting plug (Bulgin, protected against
polarity reversal) of the pump into the mounting socket on
the central panel of the device. The plug is secured with the
supplied bracket. The bracket is attached to the central
panel by means of a screw. Thus the plug cannot disengage
from the socket during transport or in case of shocks or
vibrations.
