4. Configure Scanning Parameters
Once the project is set, the Configuration screen will appear.

Here, you can configure the model name, the folder path, and the scanning mode.
o
Choose the settings that match the characteristics of the object you're scanning.
Select between different scanning modes such as Blue-light or Infrared, choose
o
object size, enable color mapping, and decide whether to use a turntable if
needed.
After setting these options, click the Scan button to proceed.

Caution
•
If you need to scan objects with high precision, select blue-light mode (multi-line
laser). In this case, marker point assistance is required:
•
For small objects, reflective marker points can be attached to the desktop or
scanning pad. There is no need to attach marker points to the object itself.
•
To scan the opposite side of the object, use the multi-project merging feature
in Creality Scan to combine multiple scans into one complete model.
•
For large objects, marker points must be attached directly to the surface of the
object.
