Connection via LAN:
 If you have connected a network cable for the Internet connection, select wired.
The Internet radio then searches for an Internet connection via Ethernet and
establishes the connection automatically. A message will appear after successful or
unsuccessful connection.
Connection via WLAN:
 Select the WLAN access point that the Internet radio is to be connected to and
press the rotary dial to confirm.
In the case of an unencrypted (open) WLAN access point, the Internet radio
establishes the connection automatically.
 If the connection is to an encrypted network, please refer to the sections below.

11.2. WLAN connection using WPS

After selection of a WLAN that offers the possibility of a connection using WPS, the
WPS menu appears. If you do not want to set up a connection using WPS, select
'Skip WPS' .
WPS button
 Select Push WPS button to be able to use the WPS function using the WPS
button on the router.
 Then press the WPS button on the router and confirm the connection on the
Internet radio by pressing the rotary dial (OK).
NOTE!
You can call up the WPS function at any time* by pressing the INFO
button and holding it for a while.
Please also refer to the operating instructions of your router.
• The device now sets up a connection to the network. A message will appear
after successful connection.
• The device can now play back media via the network and receive Internet radio
stations, insofar as an Internet connection exists via the network.
• The device saves the connection data so that you do not have to re-enter it the
next time a connection is set up.
Enter PIN
If your router has no WPS button but offers the possibility of a WPS connection via
entry of a PIN in the router's Web interface, select Enter PIN.
Enter the PIN specified on the Internet radio's display when prompted to do so in
the router's Web interface, and confirm by pressing the rotary dial (OK).
* In Internet radio mode, the only way of using the WPS function is via the Setup wizard.
