swallowed. If a battery is swallowed, please obtain immediate
medical assistance.
 Stop using the remote control if the battery compartment
does not close properly and keep it out of reach of children.
 Do not throw batteries into a fire, and do not short-circuit or
dismantle them.
 If necessary, clean the contacts on the batteries and on the
device before inserting the batteries.
 Observe correct polarity (+/–) when inserting the battery.
 If the device is not going to be used for a long period, remove
the battery.
 Remove spent batteries from the device immediately. There is
an increased risk of leakage!
 Do not expose the battery to any extreme conditions; for
example, do not place the device on top of radiators. There is
an increased risk of leakage!
 Never try to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. There is a
risk of explosion!
 Remove leaking batteries from the remote control
immediately. Clean the contacts before inserting a new
battery. There is a risk of skin irritations from battery acid!
 If battery acid has leaked, avoid contact with skin, eyes and
mucous membranes. If the acid does come into contact with
skin, rinse the affected areas immediately with plenty of clean
water and consult a doctor as soon as possible.
