The tape counter is set at "000" position.
The power switch is set at "OFF" position.
The mechanism is "stop" position.
The Dolby NR switch is set at "OFF" position.
The record level control knobs are set at "O" position.
The tape selector switches are set at "normal" position.
The record balance control knob are at "center" position.
