3.10 Reporting a problem
To access the Service Requests screen, tap on the Avatar, then choose More from the side menu, and
finally, click on the Service requests button.

On the Service Requests screen, the user can check the details of their previous requests (1) or add new
ones by clicking on the Add button (2).
