3.1

System requirements

The ENFORCE Prosthetic app is compatible with Android devices starting from version 10 (available
on the Google Play store) and with iOS devices starting from version 15.5 (available on the App Store).
The application was tested on the following devices:
• Android: Motorola One Vision, Samsung Galaxy S20, Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy
A54.
• iOS: iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11, iPhone X, iPhone Xs, iPhone8, iPhone 12 mini.
3.2 First connection to the prosthesis
Attention:
Before initiating the app for the first time, verify that your phone has Bluetooth enabled,
and ensure the ENFORCE Bionic Foot is charged and functioning.
When launching the application for the first time, users are required to activate their user account. To
proceed, click on the 'Activate account' button (1) on the login screen. Subsequently, enter your phone
number (2) and the patient number (3), as specified in your contract with ENFORCE prosthetic center,
then press the 'Activate account' button (4) once more.
