• The circular sawbench is designed exclusively for the ma-
chining of wood and materials similar to wood. Only original
tools and accessories may be used. Use the required sawb-
lade in accordance with the EN 847-1 norm depending on
the type of cut and type of wood (solid wood, plywood or
chipboard).Pleaseobservethe„SpecialToolAccessories".

Remaining hazards

The machine has been built using modern technology in ac-
cordance with recognized safety rules. Some remaining haz-
ards, however, may still exist.
• The rotating saw blade can cause injuries to fingers and
hands if the work piece is incorrectly fed.
• Thrown work pieces can lead to injury if the work piece
is not properly secured or fed, such as working without a
limit stop.
• Noise can be a health hazard. The permitted noise level
is exceeded when working. Be sure to wear personal pro-
tective gear such as ear protection.
• Defective saw blades can cause injuries. Regularly in-
spect the structural integrity of saw blades.
• The use of incorrect or damaged mains cables can lead
to injuries caused by electricity.
• Even when all safety measures are taken, some re-
maining hazards which are not yet evident may still be
present.
• Remaining hazards can be minimized by following the
instructions in „Safety Precautions", „Proper Use" and
in the entire operating manual.
Mounting
All assembly and retrofitting work may only be performed
when the mains plug has been disconnected.
Your circular sawbench is not completely assembled for
packaging reasons.

Your circular saw Precisa 3.0 comes in a wooden box.
IMPORTANT: For reasons of transport, the machine is
delivered in reverse, ie table sawing down.
Open wooden box starting with removing the lid, then 4
sides.

Exit all these elements of the machine.

This can be done by one person. For reasons of weight of
the machine, we recommend that you make sure that you
get help from someone.
Table length extension Fig. D, D1, D2, D3, D4
The 2 angle brackets to the rear of the circular saw housing
screws. Bolt the screws only by hand.

Place the 4 screws settings in the threads included in the
angle brackets.

Put the table length extension on the 2 angle brackets. Put
2 washers between angle brackets and the length exten-
sion table. Bolt the screws sharply (Fig. D3)
Adjusting : The table length extension and the machine
table must be in the same alignment (flatness).
adjust the table length extension to the saw table flat with
1 precision rule (Fig. D4). Use the 4 adjustment screws to
adjust the table length extension from the table machine.
After making this adjustment, bolt the 4 screws sharply.
Parallel fence, Fig. E
The parallel guide is assembled upon delivery. Putting the
parallel guide up on the support at the front of the ma-
chine table.
Saw blade - Riving knife - Suction hood, Fig. F
The saw blade and the riving knife are mounted on the
machine.
Suction hood (with suction connection)
Screw the saucer-head screw M6 x 40 with washer into
the suction hood. Clamp the suction hood securley on the
riving knife.
IMPORTANT! The suction hood must be lowered onto the
workpiece for each new job.
Mitre guide, Fig. G
The mitre guide is partially assembled. With the oval head
screw and wing-nut, mount the rule onto the mitre guide.
Set the mitre guide as the right or left of the sawblade.
The mitre guide can be directed angle of -45 ° to +45 °.
