Select the cooking function: BAKE, AIR FRY, or DEHYDRATE. To use the
presets, press the icon that best matches what you want to cook. Otherwise,
adjust the time and temperature as desired using the TEMP | TIME button,
and the plus and minus signs. Press the START button. The button will turn
red, the fan will turn on, and cooking will begin. (If cooking with the spit, press
the ROTATE button after START.)

During cooking you can check on foods by pressing the LIGHT button on the
control panel and viewing through the door window. You can also open the
oven door to check; the interior light will come on and the air fryer will pause
all functions. The unit will save the time and temperature settings so that
when door is closed again, cooking will resume from the saved point. You
can also press STOP | CANCEL button at any time to stop cooking.

When the timer ends, carefully remove the food, check for doneness, serve,
and enjoy! CAUTION: The unit and accessories get hot during cooking. Use
oven mitts to remove the hot pan or racks, and use the fetch tool to remove
the spit.
