Activating Push Assist
"Walk mode" is a control function of the ZF Bike Eco System. While this control function is
active, drive support is activated without pedaling for up to a speed of 6 km/h.
Only use the push assist to push your pedelec and ensure that you are in constant
contact with the ground when using it, as you could otherwise be injured.
For safety reasons, the push assist must be activated in two stages. To activate the push
assist, please follow these steps:
•
Press the Walk button and release it within ≤ 5 seconds.
•
Then press the up button on the remote control within 3 seconds.
•
Press and hold the up button continuously to activate the push assist. Push assist
starts after 1 second. If you accidentally lose contact with the up button, you have the
opportunity to press the up button again for a period of 1 second to continue using
push assist.
•
To end the push assist, release the up button on the remote control.
Please note that the push assist only provides support up to a speed of 6 km/h.
