Foreword
These instructions give you an overview of the basic functions and
Safety Instructions for handling the remote, which you must strictly
observe. For more detailed information on operation, please also read
the operating instructions supplied with your pedelec by the vehicle
manufacturer.
Validity and Field of Application
This documentation is valid for the following components of the ZF Bike Eco System of ZF
Staňkov s.r.o.:

Safety Instructions

The respective national regulations must be observed for the approval and use of
pedelecs.
Please read all Safety Instructions and information. Non-compliance may lead to property
damage or serious injuries. Please keep these instructions in a safe place for the duration
of the useful life of the remote control.
Contact the point of sale or a dealer if you require further information on the use or
assembly of the products that is not contained in the operating instructions.
The following notices must be observed at all times to avoid personal injury and damage
to devices and the environment.
•
You should only install the remote control on the handlebars while the pedelec is
stationary.
•
Only use the push assist to push your pedelec and ensure that you are in constant
contact with the ground when using it, as you could otherwise be injured.
•
Please note that the pedals of the pedelec rotate when push assist is active. Keep
sufficient distance from the pedals when pushing the pedelec to avoid injury.
•
Make sure that you always have the pedelec under control when using push assist.
Obstacles or loss of contact with the up button can cause the pedelec to move toward
you unexpectedly on a hill or slip out of your hand.
•
The remote control may not be subjected to mechanical shocks, as damage may
result.
•
Do not use the remote control if it is damaged on the outside.
•
The remote control may not be opened, as this action will lead to functional limitations
and void any warranty claims.
