Assembly
The following tools are required to mount the remote control on the handlebars:
•
3 mm Allen bit
•
Torque wrench
Positioning
•
We recommend placing the remote control on the left side of the handlebars.
•
Ensure an ergonomic position during installation.
To ensure that the light sensor functions correctly, the remote control must be mounted at
an angle of 45° to 90° to the handlebars.
Mounted at 45 ° to the direction of travel
•
Make sure that the M4 cap screw is not tightened. If that is the case, loosen the
screw.
•
Place the remote control in the desired position on the handlebars.
•
Tighten the M4 cap screw slightly so that the remote control can still be readjusted.
•
Make the final adjustments to the angle and position of the remote control.
•
Tighten the M4 cap screw to a torque of 0.7 Nm. The maximum torque may not
exceed 1 Nm.
•
Guide the cable into the frame and towards the Core Controller.
•
Plug the connector of the remote control into the corresponding socket of the Core
Controller.
