    Topfix ® 1 • Benötigte Werkzeuge Das Toolkitkoffer muss separat bei RIO bestellt werden. Dies ist die Bestellnummer: 27360. Toolkitkoffer: ➊ Zapfen ➊ ➋ Stufenbohrer ➋ Bithalter + zwei Bits ➌ ➌ ➍ Bohrschablone ➍ ➎ Anschlagblock ➎ 2 • Montage der Schablone Um die Schablone zusammenzubauen, benötigen Sie den Toolkitkoffer (27360) und die zwei Edelstahlstäbe (Separat zu bestellen: 27361 in RIO).

    Topfix ® 3 • Montage des Topfix VMS 3.1 • Positionieren der Schablone Um die Position der Montagefüße zu bestimmen, muss die Verkleidung eines Velux-VMS- Moduls demontiert werden. Dies ist notwendig, um festzustellen, wo bereits Schrauben im Velux-VMS-Profil vorhanden sind. An diesen Stellen dürfen keine Montagefüße montiert werden.

    Topfix ® ➊ ➋ Positionieren Sie die Schablone auf dem Velux-VMS-Profil. Der Anschlagblock befindet sich so hoch wie möglich am Abschlussprofil von Velux. Die Bohrschablonen müssen nun positioniert werden, indem die Drehknöpfe der Bohrschablonen gelöst werden. Danach können sie mit den braunen Kunststoffschrauben an der Seite arretiert bzw. gelöst werden.
  • Seite 7 Topfix ® HINWEIS An den Profilen an der Seite werden einzelne Montagefüße montiert. Dies bedeutet, dass nur zwei Schrauben pro Montagefuß angebracht werden müssen und zwar an der Glasseite. An allen verketteten Montagefüßen müssen vier Schrauben angebracht und daher vier Löcher gebohrt werden.

    Topfix ® Verwenden Sie den richtigen Bit und den Bithalter aus dem Toolkit-Koffer, um die Montagefüße zu montieren. Der Bit-Typ wird von den mitgelieferten Montageschrauben bestimmt. Montieren Sie die Montage- füße mit den Montage- schrauben. Stellen Sie den Bohrschrauber auf eine niedrige Stärke ein (2 Nm).

    Topfix ® 6 • Endkontrolle Rollen Sie das Tuch mehrmals auf und ab, um eine einwandfreie Funktion sicherzustellen. Beim Bewegen des Screens kann ein „klackerndes“ Geräusch auftreten. Dieses Geräusch ist typisch für das System. Prüfen Sie, ob alle Schrauben, Bolzen und Muttern richtig festgezogen sind!

    Topfix ® 3 • Installing the Topfix VMS 3.1 • Positioning the drilling jig The Velux VMS module’s cladding must be disassembled to determine the mounting base positions. This is the only way to locate the positions of all the screws in the Velux VMS’s pillar.

    Topfix ® ➊ ➋ Position the drilling jig on the Velux VMS’s pillar. The stop block is located as high as possible against the Velux finishing profile. Now, position the drilling jigs by loosening the star-shaped clamping knob. Release or tighten them afterwards by using the brown plastic screw on the side.

    Topfix ® 6 • Final check Roll up and unroll the screen fabric a few times to ensure good operation. There might be a “crackling” sound during movement. This sound is a characteristic of the system. Check that all the screws and bolts are tightened properly!
