Operation
Detection of phase voltage, leakage voltage and display
of the RCD tripping current:
After you have plugged the tester into a standard socket. You
can read the phase voltage (L_N), the arrester voltage (N_E)
and the RCD tripping current on the tester's display.
Warning:
If the socket is not connected correctly, the leakage
voltage cannot be measured.
RCD test:
Plug the test device into the correctly connected socket and the
tripping current of the RCD will be shown on the display. Press
and hold the RCD button for more than 2 seconds, then the nor-
mal RCD will trip and the trip time will be displayed and the but-
ton indicator will flash to show that tripping is complete. If it
does not trip, it indicates that the RCD has failed. After the
measurement, press the RCD button (approx. 1 second) to re-
turn to the mains sequence measurement interface.
RCD:
If the triggering time is more than 100 ms, the screen turns or-
ange and "ERR" is displayed.
