Do not attempt to roll up the screen by hand. This screen has an
electric motor and is NOT designed for manual extension. Only
use the supplied remote control or wall control to extend and re-
tract the screen.
Always retract the screen when not in use. This will prevent possi-
ble damage to the screen and keep the screen clean for longer.
Improper installation, maintenance or repair can cause considera-
ble danger to the user, for which the manufacturer is not liable.
Modifications to the electronics or mechanics must not be carried
out! They can lead to malfunctions and damage to the motor and
the screen.
Before mounting, check the product and the mounting material
supplied to ensure that they are correct and intact.
To ensure the longest possible life for your new screen, wait ap-
prox. 4 minutes after switching off the screen before switching it on
again.
Be careful of people, objects, walls, doors and windows when
moving the screen. Due to the large dimensions, it is easy to injure
people or damage the screen and/or objects.
Always carry the screen with at least 2 people.
Falling objects can cause considerable damage. Therefore, after as-
sembly, check carefully that all fixings are properly attached. Repeat
this check at regular intervals.
Never place the product on top of power cables or other electrical
equipment.
If the product is transported at temperatures below 5 °C, unpack it
and wait until it has reached room temperature before connecting
it to the mains.
