3.2. Calibrationmode
The calibration must be carried out once. It must be carried out at a standstill and with the battery pack inserted. It
is called up automatically on the first start. The calibration consists of two sections. First a rough calibration, then a
fine one. In the first section of the calibration, an increasing speed is output on the speedometer. Remove the
sIMPLEk-Stick Pro as precisely as possible at 10.0 km/h. After plugging it in again, the fine calibration is carried out.
A speed is output on the speedometer, which gradually approaches 10.0 km/h in small steps and can drop again and
again for short periods. As soon as exactly 10.0 km/h is displayed for the first time, pull off the sIMPLEk-Stick Pro
again. The calibration is now complete.
Calibration quick guide:
1. Plug the stick into an active USB port for at least 5 seconds
2. Plug the stick into the switched on e-bike → [Display shows slowly increasing speed, calibraQon level 1]
3. Remove the stick at approx. 10.0
4. Insert the stick again → [Display shows slowly increasing speed and keeps dropping towards 0
calibration level 2]
5. Remove the stick at exactly 10.0
Setting the speed limit for the motor support
The adjustment of the speed limit can be achieved by a calibration deviating from 10.0
the calibration values and the associated speed limits. It should be noted that from the speed limit, the throttling of
the support begins and ends approx. 6
Perform calibration again: In order to start the calibration mode manually, the sIMPLEk-Stick Pro must be plugged
into any active USB port for at least 5 seconds. The next time you plug the sIMPLEk-Stick Pro into the e-bike, the
calibration mode starts immediately.
