Stopfen mit Wolle
Maschinen-Einstellung siehe Seite 38.
Faden: Stopffaden, Wolle
Führen Sie den Wollfaden durch den
Stichlochausschnitt des StopffuBes und
legen Sie ihn in die Fadenführung S
(Fig. P).
Der Faden liegt unter dem Stopffuß.
Beginnen Sie oben links und spannen
Sie die Wollfaden quer über die Stopf-
stelle mit mittelbreitem Zickzackstich
(Fig. Q).
AnschlieBend wird der Wollfaden
abgeschnitten und die zuvor gespannten
Wollfáden mit Zickzackstichen übernäht
(Fig. R).
Bitte beachten Sie, daB die Stichreihen
nicht zu dicht nebeneinander liegen, da
sonst die Stopfstelle zu hart wird.
Die oben beschriebenen Arbeitsgänge
werden auf der linken Seite genáht. Die
Stopfstelle sieht dadurch von rechts
schöner aus.

Fil: fil à repriser, fil de laine
Enfiler le fil de laine par le trou du pied
à repriser et le coucher dans la rainure
de guidage, sous le pied à repriser S
(fig. P).
Tourner l'ouvrage à l'envers. Com-
mencer à fixer la laine à gauche et
couvrir le trou d'un bord à l'autre, de
points zigzags de largeur moyenne
(fig. Q).
Couper le fil de laine et le couvrir de
points zigzag (fig. R).
Veiller à ce que les rangées de points
zigzag ne soient pas trop serrées; la
reprise deviendrait trop dure et trop
raide.
En reprisant de l'envers, le raccomma-
dage est moins voyant.

Rammendare
con lana
Per la regolazione della macchina vedi a
pag. 38.
Filo: filo per ricamo e rammendo lana
Lei deve infilare il filo di lana nel foro
per l'ago del piedino eppoi nella guida
del filo S (fig. P).
Il filo si trova sotto il piedino per
rammendare.
Lei deve iniziare in alto a
sinistra e deve tendere il filo di lana
attraverso la parte che si intende ram-
mendare, usando uno zigzag die media
larghezza (fig. Q).
infine il filo di lana viene tagliato ed fili
di lana tesi prima sulla stoffa vengono
ora cuciti con un punto zig-zag (fig. R).
Cucendo con delle cuciture troppo vicine
Si corre il pericolo di ottenere un
rammendo molto duro. Le operazioni
descritte vengono eseguite sul rovescio
della stoffa, il diritto della stesso sarà piü
bello.

Sewing thread: Wool and darning thread
Draw the wool thread through the needle
hole of the darning foot and into the
thread guide S (Fig. P). Place the wool
thread under the darning foot. Start at
the top left and place the wool thread
with medium-wide zigzag stitches back
and forth across the damaged area
(Fig. Q).
Then cut the wool thread and sew over
the rows of wool thread with zigzag
stitches (Fig. A).
Do not place the lines of stitching too
close together as this would make the
darn too hard.
All darning work described above is
carried out on the reverse side of the
fabric, so that the darn looks neater on
the face side.
