be enclosed. If the complaint is justified,
Atera shall be entitled to decide whether to
repair the defect that has been reported or
deliver a new rear carrier system / accesso-
ries. The repaired or replaced rear carrier
system / accessories will be sent to the cus-
tomer free of charge. This guarantee applies
to the extent described above and under the
above-mentioned prerequisites (including
the presentation of proof of purchase, also
in the case of resale) to every subsequent
future owner of the product. The contractu-
al or statutory rights of the customer vis-a-
vis the respective vendor are not affected
by this guarantee. The guarantee is sub-
ject to the laws of the Federal Republic of
Germany.

fects must be reported to the dealer im-
mediately.

TRANSPORTATION AND
STORAGE
The rear carrier system / accessories must
be stored in a dry, clean and frost-free lo-
cation .
CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE
The rear carrier system / accessories

must be cleaned with warm water and
soap / car shampoo at regular intervals,
and always after exposure to salt water.
Re-grease moving metal parts (e.g. locks)

at regular intervals.
For environmental protection reasons and

the safety of other road users, remove the
rear carrier system / accessories from the
vehicle when cleaning in car washes and
when not in use.
DISPOSAL
All components of the rear carrier system /
accessories are fully recyclable and can be
handed over to an appropriate collection
point for recycling.
Lights / lamps must be properly disposed
