Assembly instructions

5.1

Necessary tools and accessories

For assembling the LOKPREP Dispensing System you will need the following tools and accessories:
• PTFE tape
• Screwdriver Torx 15
• Screwdriver Torx 20
• Long bit Torx 25
• Hose cutter

Dispensing Valve

5.2.1
Assemble the protection cap (20) onto the
dispensing valve (16).
5.2.2
Assemble the 90° elbow air inlet (18) using
an 8 mm open-end wrench. Make sure
you turn the m5 thread into the air inlet
of the dispensing valve (16) and not into
the opposite thread. The air inlet can be
identified by the small venting hole below
the female thread bore.

Use a few layers of PTFE-tape to seal
the thread and to make sure you can stop
rotation when the other fitting end shows
towards the upper end of the
dispensing valve (16).
5.2.3
Assemble the elbow fitting (17) using a 12
mm open-end wrench. Turn the 1/8" male
thread of the fitting into the 1/8" female
thread of the dispensing valve (16).
! Use a few layers of PTFE-tape to seal
the thread and to make sure you can stop
rotation when the other fitting end shows
towards the upper end of the dispensing
valve (16).
